About

Bringing Urban Kiz to Copenhagen’s dance floors.

Tierrakizz is Sara Tierra’s home for Urban Kiz in Copenhagen — a modern, urban-influenced expression of kizomba built around connection, musicality, technique and flow. Classes are open to dancers from beginner to advanced, alongside socials and events under the Tierrakizz and C4flow Events banners.

Sara Tierra has completed both the MetaDancer and MetaInstructor trainings with the MetaKizz Project, and has been teaching Urban Kiz for five years. Her teaching is known for precision, clarity and close attention to detail, with a strong focus on helping dancers understand not only what they are doing, but why it works — whether you’re here for the connection or for the craft.

Connection, Creativity, Conscious Dancing and Confidence are, in Sara’s view, some of the key elements that make dancing meaningful and enjoyable. That idea became the foundation of C4flow — a concept she created to bring those four qualities into greater focus, both in her classes and in the themes and atmosphere of her events.

Classes are kept small and intentional, so every dancer receives meaningful attention and feedback. Whether you’re completely new to Urban Kiz or refining a lead-and-follow connection you’ve developed over years, Tierrakizz is a space to work seriously on technique, connection and musicality — without losing the feeling that makes the dance come alive.

Weekly classes

Every Wednesday in Copenhagen.

You’re in the right room if…

  • You're completely new and want to start on clean technique — not habits you'll spend years unlearning.
  • You've danced for a while but feel stuck: your lead or follow works, it just isn't smooth or clear yet.
  • You love the Urban Kiz look — precise, soft, musical — and want it in your own body.
  • You want a small room where the teacher actually sees you, not a packed festival workshop.
  • You're passing through Copenhagen and want real training while you're here.
Wed · 20:00–21:158-week season

Urban Kiz — Less Is More

An 8-week season on the details underneath the dance: body awareness, balance and control, intentional leading and following, cross systems, leg dragging systems, and connection. Every Wednesday from 21 October 2026, at Idrætsfabrikken, Valdemarsgade 12, 1665 København V. Space is limited to keep the group intentional — drop-ins possible, but please contact Sara in advance.

Events

Socials & workshops

To be announced soon.

The C4flow method

Four things every class and event is built on.

01

Connection

The conversation between lead and follow — clear, responsive, and never forced.

02

Creativity

Room to make the dance your own, with styling and musical choices that are yours.

03

Conscious dancing

Knowing what your body is doing and why — technique you can feel, not just copy.

04

Confidence

Trusting your dance enough to stay present in it — on any floor, with anyone.

C4flow Events

This is the dance.

Artists on the floor across C4flow Events. Different events, different instructors — one shared focus: the connection, styling and awareness that define C4flow.

Private classes

One-to-one, built around you.

Private sessions with Sara — on your own or as a couple — focused entirely on your dance. Instead of memorizing steps, you work on the system and the technique underneath them: why a move works, what your body is doing, how to make it your own. It’s often where the “aha” moment happens — the point where things finally click and start making sense on their own.

Good for

  • Breaking through a move or habit that still feels stuck
  • Understanding the technique behind a step, not just copying it
  • Refining your lead, follow, timing, or movement between group sessions
  • Couples who want to improve their connection and communication together
  • Getting personal feedback on the details that are hardest to catch in class
